Parents, we know you guys are BUSY. Between work, school drop-offs, and after-school activities, it’s hard to find time to fit in one more thing.
That’s why our classes are just 45 minutes long and packed with value.

📱 Most kids today spend 4–8 hours a day in front of screens (TVs, iPads, Phones, video games etc). That’s more than enough to impact posture, mood, and even sleep. Our classes give kids a positive outlet to burn energy, build movement confidence, and interact face-to-face with other kids in a healthy environment.

Our class is held every Saturday at 10:00 AM and Tuesdays at 4:30pm! Membership is just $50-$95 monthly depending on how many classes you'd like them to attend, and spots are limited to keep the experience personalized and effective.

At Mid Valley Fitness we see it all the time. Someone starts coming to the gym consistently. They start feeling stronger. They move better. They have more energy. They start feeling more confident. That’s exactly why we host our Bring-A-Friend Event at Mid Valley Fitness. This is a fun, beginner-friendly event where you can bring someone you care about and show them what our community is all about. We’ll be running a partner workout that is designed to be simple, supportive, and scalable for anyone — even if they’ve never worked out before. We're making it a full experience. You can expect: • A fun partner workout (beginner friendly) • World Class Coaching and scaling for every level • Great energy and community support • Vendors on site including Alpha Supps, Airrosti, Live Fire Raw, Bro-Racho Beef, Aesthetic Apparel, and more • A chance for your friend to see what Mid Valley Fitness is all about! How to Bring a Friend There are a few easy ways to introduce someone to Mid Valley Fitness. Option 1 Send them the registration link for our Bring-A-Friend event so they can reserve a spot. Show up a little early so we can show them around ;) What Happens After the Event? If your friend enjoys the experience and wants to continue their fitness journey, the next step is a No Sweat Intro. This is a short conversation with a coach where we: • Learn about their goals • Discuss their fitness background • Build a simple plan that works with their schedule From there, new members typically start with our OnRamp program, where we teach the foundational movements and help them feel confident in the gym. After that, they can join you in regular classes and become part of the community. Why This Matters One of the best parts about Mid Valley Fitness is the people. This gym has become a place where busy adults can improve their health, build strength, and be surrounded by positive people who support each other.
